We offer international shipping and all items via Royal Mail Tracked services.
Please allow up to 48 hours for your order to be processed once your order has been placed.

UK Standard Delivery: Your order will arrive in 3-5 working days
EU Standard Delivery: Your order will arrive within 7-10 working days
International Delivery: Your order will arrive within 7-10 working days
Where can I find my tracking number?
You should receive an email notification with a tracking number.
If you haven't received one or if the tracking number doesn't work, no worries. Contact us and we'll solve it!
If for some instances the delivery takes longer than the standard shipping times stated above. Get in touch and will try our best to get this resolved for you! But please note there may be external factors that might cause shipping delays such as international customs processing and holidays that we cannot control.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Here at Vintsol, each piece is made with love and care, offering high quality and versatility.
All Items are always cross-checked and inspected before shipping. We do not offer refunds and we run an Exchange Only policy.
Please contact us to request within 10 days of receiving your order, email email@example.com and we’ll process your exchange. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Note: Exchanges do not include any shipping and handling charges shown on the packaging slip or invoice. Please ensure that you get proof of postage and an insured delivery option to be sure that the item will be returned to us safely. We are not able to issue any warranty for items that have been unsuccessfully delivered back to us and this will be the customer’s responsibility.

How to process an exchange
- Send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org stating the garment item name on the site.
- Please provide us with a description or a picture of the defect/ damages.
- Once we have received your item we will send a replacement out you.
- Please note we reserve the right to refuse any items sent back that have been worn and has had tags removed.
- Item(s) used, washed, or damaged will be sent back to the address listed on your order.
- Please try on the clothes with caution, as we will not accept clothes that have acquired a scent of perfume and/or makeup stains.
If your original choice of item is not in stock we will issue you a Credit Note which can be used within 182 days of your original purchase.
Please ensure you follow the care instructions to ensure that you prolong the life of your item. As we will not be responsible for the care of items once it has been received by you.
